Just throwing a question out there on what your first pair of "aggressive skates" were. I'll Start,

My first pair were Bauer f3's with the frame dremel tooled down so I could fit a pair of CDS detroit Grease stick Grind plates on them. Man, they were Ghetto but, if you didn't have a pair of rollerblade TRS's. Then you didn't have "real aggressive skates" back then. My first real pair of aggressive skates were Roces Majestic 12's. The first ones, not the new ones...hahahaha

I tried a pair of the ST90's (i think) the ones with the alumnuim frames and liked em. But to me nothing will ever be as good as the old 250's specially nothing in K2's current line up

Roces FC Rome i think they ware .
After that Roces 5th Element .

Lightening TRS with metal senate grindplates, we learned quick that metal was a terrible material for grindplates. Then Tarmacs after that they actually started making some decent aggressive skates and I moved up to oxygen Lowtops (baby blue) Those were heavy, but awesome tuff skates.  after that K2 backyard bobs and on and on.

hey guys, I'm on the cheap this time, could you tell if these are a waste of time? cheers

Yeah, those are pretty much some Roces Streets from way back in the early 90's with some garbage frames on them.

I didnt even know they still made skates like that still :O

First pair I had was Rollarblade Alpha series for about o god 10 years now I just ordered some custom USD carbon2 Olive with GC freestyle frames

How are you liking the Olive Carbon2's? I just ordered a pair from inlinewarehouse and im stoked about them. The only thing that sucks is I have to wait like nine days for IW to get them so they can send em out to me.
