I started skating with salomon st80's or 81's i cant remember but do they still make salomons

As far as I know, Salomon called it quits as far as making skates. They still make snowboard equipment and what not, but I am fairly certain they no longer Make skates. I do remember the old STVinny Minton skates from them, and they were dope.
