how are you doing them? are you stepping over, or are you doing a 90 and just letting your legs twist on their own accord? try doing unity shuffles, aka cess slides. when you get them down on the ground, move up to the rail or ledge.
i first put 1 leg on and than cros the other over
Hi if you still need help on unity grind, remember to keep low when your grinding, lean onto your weaker foot, and keep your feet wide apart, it helps with balance.
