Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you could tell me how to improve my balance when Im on a rail. Are there any special exercises that could help me?

Try standing on one rolllerblade for a very long time or do a stall on a rail and try staying on it as long as posible.
It helped me to learn mizou slide.
get on top of the rail dont lean to the side and i think hitin it with speed helps
lock, lock, lock and lock and more lock!!
for any tricks, important is lock!
stay locked! after you go with speed and jump...
once you have down the stalls, and you can slide, just add more speed. the slower you go, the more touchy and sensitive your balance becomes.
keiths idea is pretty good...DONT THINK TO HARD...LOOK! TOWARDS THE END OF THE RAIL RIGHT AFTER U JUMP ON ...ITS LIKE WHEN A SKIIER LOOKS DOWN THE WHOLE MOUNTAIN DURING THEIR RUN...ALSO SPEED DOES HELP...DONT STEP ON ,JUMP WITH BOTH FEET.GOOD LUCK .! NICE TO SEE YOU SHREDDING AGAIN :)
