Brand new Broken memory buckle

so I just picked up my new valo jj1s from the post office skated home on them.

later on went to go put them on and break them in and crack! the memory buckle breaks.
what should I do to solve this problem? I am fucking pissed right now!!

send them back for a new pair.....call where you ordered them from, if you ordered from rollerwarehouse you'll have no problems gettin a new pair no charge, their dope like that........i dont know about other ites though

I got them from erolling, its the strap thats actually broken so do you think I could send just that back cause I have already started thrashing the skates

my buddy got a pair of valos from Amall and broke the buckle the fist day using them he called and they ended up sending him a new one plus a free dvd
