Ground control is my personal preference, they make some good and durable frames. Ive heard mooks are also really good too.

If I were you I'd pick from those two. :)
thoes two?
i need to try one first..

other advice?
these are the frames iv had
kizer
suspension=heavy but real strong and sturdy
slimline=fluid but slimmer
fluid=slidey
xsjado=wear down real fast
50/50=all frames rule
it should help
to make it simple ground control is great and the formula 1s are good since you just have to replace the block in the middle and you have a new frame or if you want freestyle you can buy that h block and vwala! or the new create originals frames they have a awsum! h block groove and they slide very well,you can also customise your fram with your own personal graphics on both sides. worth every $$$.
