Getting city council to build skatepark, need advice.

Alright, I live in Ormeau Hills, Ormeau, Brisbane,Queensland, Australia, that's on the far east coast of Australia.

Now the closest skate park to me in is Norfolk village around 2 suburbs away, and its a fair 3-5 kilometre (3-4 Miles) and a fair 2 hour walk there (thats taking all the shortcuts there are) and there isn't much there besides a few quarter pipes, 2 rails, a fun box, pyramid and a dodgy ass spine. and its usually packed and really hard to pull anything off without landing on someone.

and It's just fucked as walking all the way there just for shit like that, but its the only place you can skate without the cops getting up your ass.

I've sent countless emails and letters to my local government the GCCC (Gold Coast City Council) but they always just said, we'll look into and do all we can, and never sent anything back after that and its been going on for 6 or so years when my older bro and his mates were asking for one and they said the same shit.

Now as you could probably tell I am pissed off because I have to walk ages to get to the only place I can skate without being arrested, and they keep just blowing off my requests for a skate park, how do I get them to listen, my following for this idea isn't big enough for a protest, i'll get my ass kicked if I boycott school, so eyah guys I need help how the hell do i get them to listen?
