Squeeky wheels any body?

My anti-rockers have been squeeking alot lately and its getting on my nerves.
I saw that they were dry but i'm not sure what to put on them.
Oil perhaps?
let me know what you think.

does ur antirockers have bearings? my old set up does...never made a sound..maybe theyre too loose

Yea jose is right about them being loose, my antirockers did that so i tightened them and the sound went away
