Starting of small

hello skat3rs ! well im new and im just trying to find out how to start off in aggressive skating :D
please help me through yeah? xD

anyways. I would wanna get a skate which is (main purpose) for aggressive skating
but the frames must also be able to switch to a freestyle frame
(im a hybrid skater to be :D so FS frames for slalom and sliding)

any recommandations ?
Im also abit tight on budget.. prolly about $300-400SGD is my max :(
{15 year old jobless student here)

also, how do i start learning? im currently brushing up on my basics ..
{anyone one in Singapore ; Yishun ? }
so maybe someone could give me some advices or a tip or two
