iv seen people youtube doing 180 over a spine but to scared to do it so any tips please

start of by getting over the fear of landing back wards in the ramp...go up spine stall backside and roll backwards in other side or stall frontside then turn backward in other side
afterthat its the same just pretnd the coping is higher do same movements as the stall method
thanks alot will prob try
go up to it. do a backside stall. and drop in the other side fakie/or do a front side and 180 fakie in other side.. practice that then work up the nerve to try it with out the stall.
