today in 2010 all of em have a big enuff soul ...i bet alot of peeps will say all sorts of brands or somethin... but every skate does perform other trix better than others ya know
all skates have pretty big soul plates, i think it doesnt make a difference how big they are, xsjados have bigger negatives than most skates more than likely all skates, that makes a difference in negative grinds, do research, read about different brands n youll know which skate suits you better
what do u mean by negative grind?
i dont get it :(
its the part of the soul on the inside of your foot below your big toe(on the other side of the frame).

to answer your question, keith is right. size doesnt really matter. i think size-wise USD ufs thrones have good souls
I actually find that learning to grind with a smaller soul area to work better... Once you can lock in with having almost no soul at all, it makes every other pair of blades 100 times easier to grind with. Lol I had a pair of Razors Soul2k skates way back... And despite the name... there was almost NO soul area.
if your getting back into the sport then id suggest getting a pair of the razors aragon 3s or the USD thrones.

when it comes to size, buy the same size as you have in your shoe.. for example i am a size 42EU in shoes so i have 42 in skates, , i think thats the same with any skates except the new USD carbons which can be pretty tight on the foot so go for 1\2 SIZE bigger or 1 size bigger.. ask on rollernews, com forums , people with this skate or earlier models will give you the best idea on this skate.

other wise just go for size that you have in your shoes and you ll be ok, or if you have a wide foot try 1 size bigger for wider foot area.
