Any blader knows you're going to bust your ass. I on the other hand don't know how to protect my ass from hurting myself when I fall. I keep landing on my wrist and it hurts like a bitch. It isn't swollen but it's always sore. Should I get a medical wrist brace or just some wrist guards? And any tips on how to fall (that sounds stupid, I know.) because medical insurance doesn't cover dumbassness.

ive had three broken wrist and have it on my credit it does suck cuz it looks cool when u have nothin on but yeah protection is good...i always buy the one at the drug store ...right now mma wrist wraps are my new glove of choice simple and secure...try to shoulder roll instead of grabbing the ground sounds weird but doesnt really hurt unless getting super freak of course
if it hurts bad enough put a medical guard on it for a week or so but wen you skate use regular guards. unfortently theres no perfect way to fall just try to use stronger parts of your body to brace the fall like your forearm or shoulder and if you can roll to your back as you hit either way if you fall hard enough somthings gonna break as far as insurence say you fell down some stairs at your house or somthin
trying to roll it out is always the best.
