Xsjado soulplates on Carbon boots?

Ive been seeing alot of pictures recently of some Xsjado soulplates on a pair of Carbon boots. Does anyone know what kind of mods are necessary for this? Ive been tearing up the toes of my Carbons and would love to be able to give them some protection somehow.

No mod needed, just put the soulplates on them and enjoy. You can also put the toe strap which in my opinion look and feel amazing.
