im not gonna lie, these liners are tight as a virgin in cancun..lol   weather is shitty here in nyc so im gonna wear them in with the skates for at least a week just to get the foam to stretch out a bit. it says in the manual that you should  experience numbness,cramping , and tightness for at least 5 sessions. so my plan is to wear them in with the skates and ride them indoors at least to get them broken in time for good weather.

 

btw dude get superfeet insoles. they are excellent at giving ur feet support. i put them in the trust liners.

the adding is super thick, especially the tongue. its like a steroid version of memory foam padding.
