About Me:: I'm a complete beginner who isn't very good at all. The thing I really need to work on is breaking, then I can really get into the tricks and such.

There are so many good people on here, i have made so many "interent friends" that i can get on here and talk to for hours about skating or just random shit. I have even met up with a handful of people on here and skated with them, and now we are good friends and go skate together. If you have questions about anything at all just make a blog or a discussion post, i feel like that usually works pretty good. There are some people though that use this site that do not want to see people improve for whatever reason and will leave negative feedback on any video or anything else that you post, and with you being the new skater that you say you just have to not let that get to you and keep posting shit because its helpful and its fun. I check this site on a daily basis so hit me up anytime you are on if you want to chat.

On a happier note, it looks like I'll be ordering my skates today! Excitement! I'll take pictures of them when they arrive. I really can't wait to try them out!

I usually warm up around my house, then head to skate downtown dc (archives/chinatown), or downtown silver spring (city place).

Skating park is ok, but I get kind of bored after an hour in the same spot. Which is why freeride appeals to me so much.
