If you skate at parks get the senate wheels from inlinewarehouse, but if you skate street do not by those wheels. I know you said you didnt want expensive ones but i get eulogy and they are 26 for 4 but they are so so worth it.

inlinewarehouse.com has senate wheels and some discontinued chimera-carlos pianowski wheels for $2.50 each. so that's $10 for 4! I'd go with the chimeras
