- mane i been skating for a while, im not totally green, but i quit for a while and im just now getting my bearings back, so i broke out the k2's and got bacc out there. I skate street but I can tell you of a few parks around here. Theres a park by Shaw Howard University that recently got done. All concrete. Not too bad. Theres a park in Silver Spring (its small though, I would suggest going early while the kids are at school or late at night). Theres also BridgeSpot. A few other places if you're willling to drive. But I don't have a car. So I wouldn't know.
Also check out RollDC.com. Theres going to be a sesh in Charm City coming up. You can meet some skaters there as well.
But maybe you, me, and a few others can meet up and skate one day. If you like.
