Injury Status: Torn ACL.....no more skatin for me it seems, doc reckons one more injury after this n I'm on a walkin stick for the rest of my life.

About Me:: Old hat gettin back into it after 10 year break. love tats, piercin, skatin music n fire. Yeah I know I'm older than most here but I dont care, I skate for my own enjoyment tho its sweet to find a site for us. Not sure but think I'm one of the only bladers in my town. Had to quit for 10 years cus of work but got back on em after xmas n realised ya cant find freedom like that anywhere else! Nothin else can chill me like a smoke n a few hours rollin. Only other things in life I enjoy are playin guitar n playin with fire. Been a pro fire performer for bout 9 years now but givin it a break to get back to skatin. Who knows, maybe someday I'll mix the two! That could be fun! Anyone ever done a grind on a flaming rail/ledge? Have over 130+ hrs of tattoo on my back n arms, love flames, dragons n skulls. Fave pieces at the moment: My back (tho its only 3/4 done - bout 6 hrs to finish upper section) n my right sleeve (again 3/4 done). Good ink takes time people! Oh yeah, qualified tattooist n piercer too so any questions, ask away. N for the record, there's no such thing as a stupid question in my book.

Finally got em at long last!! Had to travel to the other side of the country n back but was well worth the trip. Anyone in europe lookin for skates take a look at www.wreckless.ie they're prices are great n the owners a blader n boarder so he knows his stuff. Was a great help today. I ended up buyin the Jeff Stockwell Xsjados, Mook frames, Fix Bearings (ABEC 7) n Albert Hooi wheels. Only had em out for a quick test spin so far but they scared the shit out of me! Bad news/Good News

Tonight I get the news - I'm bein laid off from my job in bout 10 weeks, this sucks donkey cus it means goin back on social welfare for a while (been lookin cus I knew this was comin n there actualy arent any jobs around right now). So from may I'm back in the land of skint again. On a positive note tho, the timing's sweet cus its right at the start of the summer n will give me all the time in the world to skate!! Woo Hoo!! I can grind!!

Hit my first frontside tonite almost by accident. I'm chuffed! Had been practicing stalls n what not for a while then me n me mate decided to just roll across town n on the way spotted a wee step/ledge outside a block of flats. Looked nice n smooth n low n I thought I can hit that! and I did! Never occured to me I could've bailed cus no wax on the edge but didnt seem to matter tho was goin fair quick n hit it from almost parallel. Go me! The thing i like about the park in gorey is that its all kinda like 2 bowls stuck together. Everything just flows into each other so its so easy to get good lines :) Yeah i dont rly have a problem with the gardaí strangely enough, its the local security people that rly piss me off :( theres this pretty kewl stair set just round the corner from my house but this prick of a pharmacist always comes out and starts shoutin at us, every single fuckin time and its so annoying cause there no other sets so close and easy...

You're a qualified tattooist and piercer eh? :P i've thinkin of gettin my first piercing this summer, gonna get a snake bite. Whats the time on the healing? and i know you can only eat certain foods and things but i dont know what :S
