- Been rollerblading and skateboarding since i was 8 years old. Love it.
I do Modern/Contemporary and Hip-hop dance. Trying to make these my professions as well as music production.
I make beats. I currently use Ableton. The beats I make are a mixture of Electronica and Hip-hop. I am willing to try other styles though. I have a open mind.
I chill with friends.
My skates are Twister 243. A slalom skate. Not recreational. Not fitness. Do not call them that. They are professional freestyle skates.I freeride. I do a bit of Slalom. I also have a second setup, my Bambricks.
Free skating :Also known as urban skating or free riding. Includes many tricks such as jumps, slides, and grinds. The emphasis of free skating is getting from A to B by the fastest possible route, by skating quickly through city streets and negotiating all obstacles. The boots on skates suitable for free skating tend to be more rigid for better leg support, like the aggressive skate, whilst the wheels tend to be rather big, like those found on recreational skates, and the frames short, like those found on hockey skates[taken from wikipedia]
Go and youtube freeride. Slalom. Freestyle roller. Etc. Freestyle rollerblading at its finest. I am a serious skater. Dont think of me less because I dont have a H block. Just because I dont have a space to grind does not give you the right to disrespect me or look down on me. ESPECIALLY if you are the type of skater who talks a lot of shit and ONLY does grinds. I dont respect people who talk shit to others and can only grind. I think those type of people ruin the reputation us rollerbladers have as a whole. I love inline skating in general. No one should trash anyone's style.
Just go and roll.
But, I do give major props to people who can grind without a H block. Even if they do have em, I give em props. I just got a lot of love for rollin.
Actually it might shock quite a few of you to know that its common for a person to go from just skating Aggressive to skating Freeride.
So before you trash it, try it. I bomb hills. I jump stuff. I grind. I do slides. I do slalom. Look up freeride roller on YouTube and you'll see what I mean.Or look at my videos here.I suggest you watch the "Freeride Seba fr1" video first.
I don't like the recent comments of people calling my skates "fitness skates" or "rec skates" and then saying I'm not a serious roller. Please get out my face with that and take that shit someplace else.
I am a nice person. I'm shy as hell but I got your back as long as you respect me, I respect you. I am pretty laidback so I hope that doesn't turn you off.
I got nothing but love for people as long as they willing to give it back <3

- College Park. And I no what you mean about the beats my friend does that too but he is never satified. Im not really good enough with computers to do stuff like that though, i wish i could that would be a lot of fun. I dont skate street, just because im still pretty new and none of the people i skate with are interested in it. But i definately want to get into it at some point.

- Ya i really wanna go there it was awesome. I just got aggressive skates last summer, but I skated rec skates for 12 years and hockey skates for 2. I was just talking with my friend last night, who I play hockey with and I just got a pair of aggressive skates for him to start using that we should get people together and have skating races, and add in some stuff that you were talking about doing like jumping and stuff like in the movie airborne.
I recently started to hurt myself more while skating, simply because ive been skating alot more and trying alot harder. But you can still get good at it with out getting hurt, just go at a slow pace and be carefull.
Also im gonna be a senior in highschool in the fall, im 17, im not sure if the site site shows that or not. How old are you?

But yeah I know what you mean, I mostly see skateboarders, and actually when I go to skate parks there are usually as many BMX'ers (if that's how you spell it lol) as skateboarders. But i don't really know about the rollerblading scene here in pittsburgh, there's this one skatepark that has rollerblade wednesdays, but that's all park skating of course, and it has a lot of vert, and i'm definitely all about street skating, so i never really go there. It sucks though, it's always a hundred times better when you're skating with someone else
