regular insoles will work as long as they fit, the plastic will loosen up after awhile, an a good way to keep wheels from wearing down is rotating them. you can find a diagram on the internet how to . hope i could help.

Ok so i got my new skates today, theyer rollerblade solo era's and they kick ass!! now this is the first time i have skated in about 8years and let me tell you, i got my ass whooped. my legs are jello and my ass feels like a rock. i didnt find anything really worth skating except this one rail but it was so close to a building that the only thing i could do was a soul grind and i hit the building a few times with that. that is also pretty crazy and cool, i havent skated in the better part of a…See More

- I'm sort of new to aggresive inline..... that is to say that ive always wanted to skate but when i was growing up we never had the money. Now though im about to go get my first pair of skates and tear some *h*t up. (mostly me) Ive skate boarded and dont the bike think and never really liked em, i remember though everytime I straped a set of skates on I would go for hours and skate anything I could, just lovin it.
