im doing well, its hard cuz think its HARD to chang my ways my cutting isnt that bad, but just the fact that i try to kill my self and stuff, but also like i snap rubber bands and scratch my skin like until it bleeds now, so i dont cut anymore

- i havnt had any major breaks but anytime i hurt myself it was over something stupid like dropping off a 5 foot loading dock or hitting a plastic kicker as fast as i can go or trying to royale a rail thats 1 inch off the surface of moist dirt
