Busted!

Rain Days

Since I am already at a geographical disadvantage from skaters that live in milder climates, It pisses me off just as much to have day after day of rain. I just finished a night skating session. I wanted to focus purely on endurance today so I threw a few hours of mp3's onto my DS and headed out to the trail that runs through the middle of our town. Yesterday was my first official day for me returning to skating, it's a long story. Well not really. As I said a few weeks ago in a thread my Ground Control frames only came with bearing spacers for the front and rear axles, effectively gimping my entire setup. Airsoft guns are sweet

So I've played paintball for many years. I have a nice gun (Angel) and love playing when I have an extra $100 to blow. This week I went by Wally World and picked up an airsoft gun to play with. Holy cow it's a lot of fun! They don't hurt nearly like paintballs, and it's a lot easier to run around and be stealthy. If you haven't tried either one, give them a shot! Continue

skate session 2. february - 08

I went skating yesterday for a couple of hours and I learned about ten stalls including the savannah, makio and a lot of other stalls. I also learned two grinds (soul and mitzou) + a 360 over the flyout! Why I love to blade.

It is something inside of me that feels so free when i skate. Even if i fall or get hurt i get back up and skate. To me its not about where i skate as long as i can skate i am happy. OK so yesterday, I went out skating with my friends and we skated to this pretty big grass gap in a parkinglot. I decide Im gonna try it. It took me two tries but then I got it. aight. this really sucks.

ok, so it just started warming up here yesterday. got up to 50 degrees, warm enough to skate. and the snow melted. but now, we got a winter storm warning for tonight! another 4 inches of snow we suppose to get. this is really starting to piss me off that i cant skate. ugh

starting again

I just started skating again after about a four year hang up. I found that I can still do almost all the tricks I could do back in the day, tru mizzou took me a little whil but I got it.
