Ok I relized today that my fear of heights is whats limiting my ability to truly get big air when trying to do my 360s and 540s over stairs. 2 questions

1) how do i fix or get over this fear?
2) what are some of your skating fears?

1] dont think of the height its the distance that will get ya make sure you get enough distance is more of a prob id rather drop an extra five feet over coming up and inch short any day
2] falling off handrails and catching a bottom step

1) Start by not thinking so much about it and daring yourself to go higher. Then continue to go higher every time until your used to it. Kind of like repeatedly having to go up a pair of very high stairs. With time, your not affected by the height or the wobbling. Be careful though! ^_^
2) Getting an injury I never fully recover from. ''''O-o''''
