skate spots.

Ok, I live in a place where there are no rails or ledges of anykind. So i usualy skate around and do cess-slides and such.
But after a while they get tiresome, I mean what pro skater can only cess-slide? So the next day I decided to try a unity grind the curb on my sidewalk. Because i havnt been able to practice them for at least a month (rain and my neighbors always having parties) my unity sucked so bad that for the rest of the day i did stalls.
So on the next day, with the shame of my sucky unity still burning in my soul, i decide to look for a place to practice.
I didn't have to go far because i remembered an old car repair place just up the street. I had never been there, but i though " Hey, i need to skate somewhere and anywhere is better than here." Thank God that when i got there it was abandoned. I prayed that the local skaters didn't find it first. Or have go up there to find out that it was private property that was still being used. After i did some reasearch it turned out that it had been that way since before i moved there 1993 to be percise.
This place is awsome it has tons of ledges and hand rails even some stairs/ramps for wall rides. And on the other side of this place is an old train station. I havn't skated there yet though, can't be to sure about those train tracks.
But for every up there is a down. There are "guard dog" signs all over this place and I don't want to run into one of them. Now this wouldn't be a problem if we didn't have a town stray, or If the guy who checks the place out evry other day didn't have a dog. But i'm just gona keep on skating and carry some spray paint with me. ( I'm going JSRF style on any dog that tries to chase.)
Anyway this place has become my blading haven, also known as " The Spot"-yea not very specific but thats its name.
So if you hear me talking about The Spot then you know what im talking about.
