Well I suppose you could check E-bay. You could also try www.aggressivemall.com

Keep in mind that good aggressive inline skates are made extremely durable. That kind of quality is going to come at a considerable cost. Personally, I think you should save up at least 30 dollars more to play it safe.

U may want to check out aggressivemall.com. Since you have a big foot, you may be able to hook up with a nice deal for cheap, since most of us wear a smaller size. I would browse the "closeouts" section. You may not be kicking like Bruce Lee, but you may be able to find a skate that is not a total piece of shit. Normally, the older model skates have the very biggest and very smallest left at a reasonable price.

Browse brah, you may be able to find a decent skate. If that does not work, try inlinewarehouse.com or rollerwarehouse.com. I have bought from both and can vouch for em. Your best bet for finding a nice skate in your price range is to shop around.

there are a bunch of skates in your price range. go here
sure, these skates are been out for about a year or two. but, it doesn't matter.
also, a lot of sites like aggressive mall and roller warehouse have skates on clearance.
you should check there as well.
