yea they do actualy help. i messed my wrist up prety bad a couple of weeks ago. they still hurt so im using the wrist guards incase i take a bad hit again. they do work. just make sure when u fall you have your hand open and not in a fist.

yuppp, same exact thing happened to me a week ago. My left wrist was killing me after i took a bad fall on it. so i went to dicks sporting goods and they had a pair of wrist guards for about $15. If you wear them for a week when you're skating your wrist should be fine. they help

my wrist always hurt.
im just a dumbass and never put on wrist guards.
but they are the solution somewhat.
ur wrist still gets hurt in them
