Just talk to as many booters as you can when you see them at parks or where ever. Most of us are usually willing to take a few minutes to talk to a fellow skater...especially since we are a quickly dying breed. As for the woodpushers calling you a homo...just ignore it bro. They probably couldn't even skate a straight line on flat ground so don't even sweat it.

it's a little crap
but yeah, seeing as the're calling you a homo, I thought that you should go to a shop and buy a gay pormo, but I dunno if you could, you're alittle young to be able to buy one, but anyways, put the porno in one of their bags, that's if they carry bags ( I haven't really thought this plan through) and then stash it in the bag and like a few minutes later saying something like 'oh dude, can I get some water from your bag?' (that's if they carry water in their bag) and you pull out the porno and be like omg you'r the freakin' homo get away from you you fag... yeah
hhaha that's the lamest plan I've ever heard of.
but yeah I tried, ok.

I'm sure you'll find some more booters around sometime soon anyways, just be on the look out and dont' just skate in your own park, go to other parks to look for other booters and stuff :)

One thing that's been bugging me... Why is "homo" even an insult...?

I mean, gay or straight, you're still on skates and your still pulling awesome tricks, so how does it even matter if you're after one sort of genitals or another?

Hell, in germany they say something is really cool by saying, "Das ist Sehr Geil!" which means "That is so gay!".

So where does fag or non-fag even come into this?

make a bet with one of your wood pushing friends that they cant skate for a day in fruitboots. doesn't matter if you win or lose. they'll most likely start skating instead of boarding. thats how i got two of my friends to start skating. one was a boarder and the other was a biker. once you get one to skate, the others will follow suit. try to make the bet with the one who calls you homo most.
